You give us your requirements. We understand you needs and communicate with tutor before recommend you a tutor. You review and make decision for the tutor.
B. How do I request for a tutor?
Fill in the Request Private Home Tutor form.
C. Do I need to pay for matching services?
No! This tutor matching service is FREE for students. No extra charges.
D. How much do I need to pay if I decide to engage a tutor through Creative Home Tuition?
- You only pay tuition fee that agreed.
- We will only charge one-off 50% of first month’s tuition fee as commission from the tutor.
- We will collect this 50% commission directly from students / parents upon completion of the first 2 weeks of lesson.
- Student will pay the full 100% tuition fees to the tutor for the following months.
- For common understanding (avoidance of doubts), one month is calculated as 4 weeks.
E. How long can I get tutor from Creative Home Tuition?
After get your request and understand your requirements. We will provide you suitable tutor within 48 hours.
F. After few lessons, can I request to change the tutor if he/she is not suitable?
Yes. But you need to pay tuition fee for lessons that have been conducted. If students found that the tutor is not suitable, Creative Home Tuition will arrange for replacement.
G. How do I make payment to Creative Home Tuition?
You can make the payment by money transfer through ATM or Internet Banking, or pay by Cheque.
H. When can I get the receipt from Creative Home Tuition?
Please notify us after you make the payment. You can send us a SMS or email us. We will issue you an official receipt.
